Today, we’re joined by Avery Carl, CEO and founder of the Short Term Shop, a real estate company based in Tennessee. The Short Term Shop specializes in helping investors acquire vacation rental properties in some of the most desirable and recession-proof markets in the US. Avery uses what she has learned over the years about investing to help people understand the methods that led her out of the corporate rat race and into financial freedom.

Avery bought her first property at the age of 26 on a $37,000 salary. Through strategically investing in short-term rental properties in mature vacation rental markets, she was a millionaire by 31.
